Pear and Cinnamon muffins

2 cups Plain Flour
3/4 cup sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp cinnamon

75g butter, melted
1 large egg
1 tin pears
3/4 cup juice


Mix first four ingredients into a large sized bowl.
Melt butter then stir in egg and juice
Chop up fruit
stir fruit into liquid then fold liquid into dry

Spoon into 12-16 muffin cups

Bake 200C/392F(400F) for 12-15mins
